By accessing and using the Guiaactual S.A. platform (hereinafter, "Guiaactual", "we" or "the Platform"), you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Guiaactual is a real estate crowdlending platform that connects investors with urban development projects in Argentina. Our services include:

• Presentation of investment opportunities in real estate projects.
• Management of collective investments in real estate developments.

Eligibility Requirements

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Be a tax resident in Argentina or meet the requirements for foreign investors.
• Provide truthful and up-to-date information during the registration process.

Investment Risks

Investments in real estate crowdlending carry significant risks:

• Capital loss: There is a possibility of losing part or all of your investment.
• Illiquidity: Investments are generally not liquid until project completion.
• Market risk: Real estate market conditions may affect returns.
• Project risk: Projects may experience delays, cost overruns, or cancellations.

User Obligations

By using our platform, you agree to:

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Guiaactual shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform or investments made through it. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount invested by the user.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective from their publication on the platform. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
